The Cooperation of Only Watch Auction and Bell Ross

Watchmaker Bell Ross, headed by Swiss designer duo Bruno Belamich and Carlos A. Rosillo, has prepared its latest masterpiece for the Only Watch 2011 charity auction. The design of the new and unique BR01 Casino Pink Gold timepiece is clearly inspired by the fact that the event takes place in Monaco, widely known as a gambling Mecca of the Mediterranean.

The casino theme is skillfully incorporated into the design of the watch. The BR01 Casino Pink Gold Only Watch features a roulette wheel on its dial. The correct time is displayed on such dial in an original manner. The hours are indicated with a zero numeral that moves across the outer disk. A miniature roulette ball on the middle disc shows the minutes, while the central part rotates once per second.

The roulette-inspired watch from Bell  Ross is fitted into one of its recognizable BR01 square cases, made of stainless steel with black PDV finish. Pink gold on the disks and the bezel is in contrast with the black case, which gives this watch an additional doze of elegance.

The Bell Ross Casino Watch includes an automatic ETA 2892 movement, which moves its unusual disk display system. The watch also possesses an antireflective sapphire crystal, quite appropriate for timepieces of its class. Besides, the black and gold BR01 Casino watch has a strap in matching black color. There are two different straps included with the innovative roulette-themed wristwatch by Bell Ross. A lucky owner-to-will be able to choose between the fine alligator leather strap and a rubber band. Both types of bracelets include elegant buckle, which is also constructed of steel with 18-carat pink gold finish. This one-of-a-kind watch is also able to withstand water pressure up to 100 m.

The horological homage to the Casino of Monaco marks the second collaboration of the Bell Ross with the Only Watch project. Furthermore, the brand has also prepared a limited edition of the watch, in a slightly altered version. The BR01 Casino timepiece has an all-black steel case with PVD finish. There are also some differences on the dial, because the limited edition sports green inner disks, while the outer disk looks just like the actual roulette wheel (with red and black fields and green zero for hour indication). This version includes straps made of rubber and resilient canvas. It will be available exclusively in Casinos in Monte Carlo, Las Vegas and Macau this October.
